Birthday Party Events at Studio Sadler

Cost: $100 + $12 per kid. *Update: $12.50 per participant effective 07/01/2026

What is included?- Open studio play for 2 hours. Each additional hour +50% of total cost. Each child gets a canvas as well as full access to our arts and crafts supplies. Respectful use is expected and some supplies may be limited.

Activities-Arts & crafts, rock painting, puppet theatre, magnet wall, pegboard wall, block table, hairstyling station, toys, chalk boards, whiteboards, and floral design. 

Expectations-

  • You can bring your own snacks, food, drinks, balloons, and other decorations to the event! Studio Sadler will give you 30 minutes before your party starts to set-up! 

  • Follow studio posted rules including gentle and respectful use of supplies, materials, and toys.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times. An employee will be happily available to help find things and to help clean up.

Important info:

  • There is a $100 non-refundable deposit that goes towards your event due at booking. We can work with you to reschedule your event if something comes up. 

  • Each party guest needs their parent or guardian to sign a studio play waiver at drop-off.

  • An employee can provide you access to the elevator for bringing up your party supplies, food, decorations and etc.

Birthday party events will be limited so please email or text to get started on booking your event! I recommend Saturdays 2:00 PM- 4:00 PM for your event but Sundays are available as well. It is recommended to book 30- 60 days in advance to secure your date & time.
